  • To coordinate mail, despatch and courier services.
  • To perform despatch, delivery and collection of documents.
  • To maintain an accurate record of dispatched documents.
  • To serve as a company driver as and when required.
  • To assist other administrative staff in office duties as and when required.

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.

  • Having own motorcycle and valid driving license
  • Good sense of direction and excellent organizational skills.
  • Warm and friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Have positive attitude and demonstrate ability to work in a team.
