- To provide secretarial and administrative support to CFO in an effective and efficient manner.

- To plan and manage CFO’s schedule including scheduling meetings and appointments.
|
 |
- To open, sort, read and analyze incoming memos, letters, faxes and emails in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
|
 |
- To prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
|
 |
- To maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences.
|
 |
- To assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, internal and external.
|
 |
- To assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
|
 |
- To maintain confidentiality of documents and information received.
|
 |
- To manage travel and hotel arrangements.
|
The Requirements
|
 |
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Executive Secretarial or any related field.
|
 |
- Minimum of 6 years working experience as Secretary.
|
 |
- Sound organizational, execution and time management skills.
|
 |
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
|
 |
- Work well independently and effectively in a team.
|
 |
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
|
 |
Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive. |
 |
Pleasant disposition.
|
 |
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
|
 |
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel MS PowerPoint is essential.
