- To review and compile project evaluation documents.
|

- To prepare and analyse financial statements for each projects.
|
 |
- To compile, record, monitor and analyse actual costs against budget of on-going projects and new projects.
|
 |
To assist in ad-hoc issues/duties that will be assigned from time to time |
 |
- To perform other administrative duties in relations to project financial and costs control matters.
|
 |
- To assist in the preparation monthly/annual budget/forecast and performs financial analysis for budget review.
|
 |
- To ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports and propose and assist in implementing process improvements.
|
 |
- To monitor monthly financial performance of business units against budgets.
|
The Requirements
|
 |
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
|
 |
- Minimum 3 years working experience in in performing financial and costs control duties.
|
 |
- Observe confidentiality and high integrity.
|
 |
- Good communication & problem solving skills.
|
 |
- Work well independently and effectively in a team.
|
 |
- Have a positive and professional working attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive and ability to meet deadlines.
|
 |
- Meticulous, highly reliable and motivated.
|
 |
- Pleasant personality and proactive.
|
 |
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
|
 |
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
