- To be responsible for the successful implementation and completion of project development within defined schedule, cost and quality standards.

- To liaise with government and local authorities on relevant issues to ensure timely approval.
|
|
- To identify and negotiate with potential partners (e.g., builders) and vendors (e.g., building materials suppliers).
|
|
- To organize and lead consultant teams
|
|
- To oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to timelines, specifications and budgeting objectives.
|
|
- To engage with vendors and contractors to problem-solve deviations.
|
|
To prepare regular management and project reports
|
The Requirements
|
|
- Bachelor’s degree in project management/ engineering/ architecture/ landscape architecture, or other suitable disciplines.
|
|
- Minimum 10 years working experience in project management preferably for large scale developments by a reputable developer/organization.
|
|
- Strong network of vendors and contractors in the real estate industry.
|
|
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and is very result-oriented.
|
|
- Meticulous, good analytical skills and effective multi-tasking abilities.
|
|
- Mature, self-motivated, independent with strong sense of responsibility and initiative and work effectively in a team.
|
|
- Excellent communication, relationship and interpersonal skills.
|
|
- Proven achievement in prior employment.
|
|
- Flexible, adaptable and resilience to work in a fast-paced, challenging and performance driven environment.

Excellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English |
