- To ensure efficiency and effectiveness within Chairman’s office and to maintain relationship with key stakeholders of PR1MA.

- To manage internal and external communication on behalf of Chairman.
|
 |
- To manage Chairman’s professional and personal schedule and making arrangements for appointments, traveling, hotel reservations and etc.
|
 |
- To organize and manage confidential documents, records and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieving.
|
 |
- To assist Chairman in drafting or vetting of documents; preparation of reports and presentations.
|
 |
- To undertake other any other tasks specified by the Management.
|
The Requirements
|
 |
- Minimum Diploma in Executive Secretarial/Secretarial Science or any related field.
|
 |
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably serving Senior Management.
|
 |
- Mature, diligent and has leadership skills with pleasant personality.
|
 |
- Excellent organizational skill.
|
 |
- Multitasking and able to prioritise and work under pressure.
|
 |
- High integrity and confidentiality.
|
 |
- Good interpersonal skill and strong communication skill.
