- To develop, integrate, coordinate and manage digital models for design, construction and field use during construction.

- To refine and manage BIM application capabilities, technology and training programs.
|
|
- To continuously update best practice processes for the use of supporting new Virtual Construction technologies.
|
|
- To carry out meetings with various stakeholders for progress visibility, project documentation, project accountability, as well as resolution of all BIM related issues.
|
The Requirements
|
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Engineering and/or Construction related disciplines.
|
|
- Minimum 5 years working experience in virtual design and construction, with 5 years working experience in commercial construction or related field.
|
|
- Basic knowledge in operating AutoCAD and Autodesk Design Review.
|
|
- Good knowledge in BIM software applications.
|
|
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and is very result-oriented.
|
|
- Meticulous, good analytical skills and effective multi-tasking abilities.
|
|
- Mature, self-motivated, independent with strong sense of responsibility and initiative and work effectively in a team.
|
|
- Excellent communication, relationship and interpersonal skills.
|
|
- Proven achievement in prior employment.
|
|
- Flexible, adaptable and resilience to work in a fast-paced, challenging and performance driven environment.
|
|
- Excellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
