- To assist AVP in developing, integrating, coordinating and managing digital models for design, construction and field use during construction.

- To refine and manage BIM application capabilities, technology and training programs.
|
|
- To continuously update best practice processes for the use of supporting new Virtual Construction technologies.
|
The Requirements
|
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Engineering and/or Construction related disciplines.
|
|
- Minimum 3 years working experience in virtual design and construction, with 3 years working experience in commercial construction or related field.
|
|
- Basic knowledge in operating AutoCAD and Autodesk Design Review.
|
|
- Good knowledge in BIM software applications.
|
|
- Sound planning and time management skills.
|
|
- Sound organizational, execution, problem solving and analytical skills.
|
|
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
|
|
- Work well independently and effectively in a team.
|
|
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
|
|
- Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
|
|
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written. |
