- To assist the Vice President in managing full spectrum of Human Resource functions and operations which include implementing Human Resource strategies and policies.

- To assist the Vice President in managing and coordinating all matters relating to office management, administration, operations and maintenance.
|
 |
- To ensure effective utilisation of company resources.
|
 |
- To ensure on time staff recruitment and coordinate new employee induction program.
|
 |
- To generate departmental reports for management review purpose.
|
 |
- To manage and maintain the documentations, including policies and procedures, in order to fulfill the ISO requirements.
|
 |
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.

- To plan, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to address the Company’s human resource requirements.

The Requirements
|
 |
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
|
 |
- Minimum 10 year working experience in managing human resource and general administration functions.
|
 |
- Sound knowledge of Malaysia Labour & Industrial Laws, prevailing HR practices and legislations.
|
 |
- Good report writing and project management skills.
|
 |
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and result-oriented.
|
 |
- Dynamic self-starter with initiative and ability to lead change and promote teamwork
|
 |
- Pleasant, mature, self-motivated, independent with strong sense of responsibility and initiative and work effectively in a team.
|
 |
- Excellent communication, relationship and interpersonal skills.
|
 |
- Flexible, adaptable and resilience to work in a fast-paced, challenging and performance driven environment.

- Excellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
|
 |
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel MS PowerPoint is essential. |
