  • To assist the Vice President in managing full spectrum of Human Resource functions and operations which include implementing Human Resource strategies and policies.
  • To assist the Vice President in managing and coordinating all matters relating to office management, administration, operations and maintenance.
  • To ensure effective utilisation of company resources.
  • To ensure on time staff recruitment and coordinate new employee induction program.
  • To generate departmental reports for management review purpose.
  • To manage and maintain the documentations, including policies and procedures, in order to fulfill the ISO requirements.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
  • To assist the Vice President in managing full spectrum of Human Resource and
  • Administration functions, strategically and operationally.
  • To plan, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to address the Company’s human resource requirements.

To ensure compliance, maintenance and continuous improvement on all human resources aspect.

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 year working experience in managing human resource and general administration functions.
  • Sound knowledge of Malaysia Labour & Industrial Laws, prevailing HR practices and legislations.
  • Good report writing and project management skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and result-oriented.
  • Dynamic self-starter with initiative and ability to lead change and promote teamwork
  • Pleasant, mature, self-motivated, independent with strong sense of responsibility and initiative and work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication, relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable and resilience to work in a fast-paced, challenging and performance driven environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English 
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel MS PowerPoint is essential.
