  • To engage with residents’ management committee to gather feedback on PR1MA complexes.
  • To survey residents to understand satisfaction levels and improvement opportunities.
  • To manage minor cases of infractions of rules and regulations of residing in PR1MA complexes; recommend serious cases potentially involving re-purchase to Superior.
  • To manage the logistics of the organization of events.

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in government, NGO or in related fields.
  • Good conflict resolution skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good report writing skills and project management skills.
  • Sound planning and time management skills.
  • Sound organizational, execution, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Work well independently and effectively in a team.
  • Highly motivated and result oriented.
  • Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
