- To engage with residents’ management committee to gather feedback on PR1MA complexes.

- To survey residents to understand satisfaction levels and improvement opportunities.

- To manage minor cases of infractions of rules and regulations of residing in PR1MA complexes; recommend serious cases potentially involving re-purchase to Superior.
|
 |
- To manage the logistics of the organization of events.
|
The Requirements
|
 |
- Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
|
 |
- Minimum 3 years working experience in government, NGO or in related fields.
|
 |
- Good conflict resolution skills.
|
 |
|
 |
- Good report writing skills and project management skills.
|
 |
- Sound planning and time management skills.
|
 |
- Sound organizational, execution, problem solving and analytical skills.
|
 |
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
|
 |
- Work well independently and effectively in a team.
|
 |
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
|
 |
- Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
|
 |
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
