- To oversee regular maintenance of PR1MA compounds (e.g., cleansing, lift repairs, maintenance of public amenities e.g., lighting, landscaping, etc).

- To set strategy and policies for periodic home maintenance and upgrading.
|
 |
- To assess, engage and manage providers of maintenance services and contractors for home upgrading.
|
 |
- To facilitate economic and social well-being of PR1MA complexes by establishing and managing facilities e.g., pre-schools, community clinics, sports and recreational facilities.
|
 |
- To identify, approve and engage with operators of these facilities (government and non-government entities).
|
The Requirements
|
 |
- Bachelor’s degree in property management/construction management or any related disciplines.
|
 |
- Minimum 8 years working experience in property management preferably for a large scale developer, public sector organization and major property management firm.
|
 |
- Good report writing and project management skills.
|
 |
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and is very result-oriented.
|
 |
- Meticulous, good analytical skills and effective multi-tasking abilities.
|
 |
- Outstanding organisation and problem solving skills.
|
 |
- Mature, self-motivated, independent with strong sense of responsibility and initiative and work effectively in a team.
|
 |
- Excellent communication, relationship and interpersonal skills.
|
 |
- Proven achievement in prior employment.
|
 |
- Flexible, adaptable and resilience to work in a fast-paced, challenging and performance driven environment.

- Excellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
