- To identify the best IBS for the construction of PR1MA building and houses.

- To ensure that buildings and houses design structure meet all the UBBL requirements and engineering code and also be IBS and manufacturing friendly.
|
|
- To ensure proper utilization of relevant software and technological tools by consultants during the design cycle.
|
|
- To assess the performance of the IBS and design employed.
|
|
- To identify best practices in IBS that PR1MA can use in determining design benchmarking, productivity level etc.
|
The Requirements
|
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
|
|
- Minimum 5 years working experience in IBS design environment.
|
|
- Good in planning, analytical, problem solving and time management skill.
|
|
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other structural design engineering software.
|
|
- Sound organizational, execution and project management skills.
|
|
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
|
|
- Work well independently and effectively in a team.
|
|
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
|
|
- Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
|
|
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
