- To identify product, material and services that can be developed in the VDP.

- To identify best manufacturing practices for the relevant material and product under the VDP.

- To assist in preparing the training module for the relevant VDP.
|

- To assist in preparing the vendor acceptance criteria.
|
|
- To monitor the progress of the vendor till maturity.
|
|
- To assist in preparing the business model for participants in the VDP.
|
The Requirements
|
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
|
|
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a vendor development environment in the construction industry.
|
|
- Good report writing skills and project management skills.
|
|
- Sound planning and time management skills.
|
|
- Sound organizational, execution and problem solving skills.
|
|
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
|
|
- Work well independently and effectively in a team.
|
|
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
|
|
- Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
|
|
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
|
|
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel MS PowerPoint is essential.
