  • To provide efficient administrative support to the divisional team.
  • To ensure a systematic filling and documentation system.
  • To coordinate and facilitate divisions’ activities, programs and events.
  • To assisting in drafting and preparation of memo, letters, reports, presentation materials and etc.
  • To organise, maintain, handle, and file all internal and external correspondences.
  • To arrange appointments and organize meetings/conferences and etc.
  • To manage travel and hotel arrangement for divisions.

To assist in other administrative tasks from time to time.

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • SPM, preferably Diploma holder in related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in providing administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Warm and friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have positive attitude and demonstrate ability to work in a team.
