- To provide efficient administrative support to the divisional team.

- To ensure a systematic filling and documentation system.
|
 |
- To coordinate and facilitate divisions’ activities, programs and events.
|
 |
- To assisting in drafting and preparation of memo, letters, reports, presentation materials and etc.
|
 |
- To organise, maintain, handle, and file all internal and external correspondences.
|
 |
- To arrange appointments and organize meetings/conferences and etc.
|
 |
- To manage travel and hotel arrangement for divisions.
|
 |
To assist in other administrative tasks from time to time.
|
The Requirements
|
 |
- SPM, preferably Diploma holder in related discipline.
|
 |
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in providing administrative support.
|
 |
- Excellent organizational skills.
|
 |
- Warm and friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
|
 |
- Have positive attitude and demonstrate ability to work in a team.
