- To implement the Company’s Social Media Strategy in conjunction with the Head of Department.

- To develop brand awareness and formulate ways of generating discussions of the brand in the Social Media space.
|
 |
- To generate inbound traffic to the Company’s social media properties.
|
 |
- To coordinate the Social Media Strategy and ensure its effectiveness.
|
 |
- To work with the development team to ensure social media tools are kept up to date while proposing latest tools and platforms that will encourage further discussions.
|
 |
- To manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
|
 |
- To manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
|
 |
- To monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
|
 |
To monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications.
|
The Requirements
|
 |
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Business/Marketing or equivalent.
|
 |
- Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in digital interactive marketing or social media.
|
 |
- Constantly updated with Well-versed in social media listening platforms.
|
 |
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
|
 |
- Young, dynamic with good disposition.
|
 |
|
 |
- Good report writing skills and project management skills.
|
 |
- Sound planning and time management skills.
|
 |
- Sound organizational, execution, problem solving and analytical skills.
|
 |
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.

- Highly motivated and result oriented.

- Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.

- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
