- To ensure regular maintenance of PR1MA compounds (e.g., cleansing, lift repairs, maintenance of public amenities e.g., lighting, landscaping, etc).

- To ensure implementation of policies for periodic home maintenance and upgrading.
|
 |
- To assess, engage and manage providers of maintenance services and contractors for home upgrading.
|
 |
- To facilitate economic and social well-being of PR1MA complexes by establishing and managing facilities e.g., pre-schools, community clinics, sports and recreational facilities.
|
 |
- To engage with operators of these facilities (government and non-government entities).
|
The Requirements
|
 |
- Bachelor’s degree in property management/construction management or any related disciplines.
|
 |
- Minimum 3 years working experience in property management preferably for a large scale developer, public sector organization and major property management firm.
|
 |
|
 |
- Good report writing skills and project management skills.
|
 |
- Sound planning and time management skills.
|
 |
- Sound organizational, execution, problem solving and analytical skills.
|
 |
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
|
 |
- Work well independently and effectively in a team.
|
 |
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
|
 |
- Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
|
 |
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
