- To manage relations with applicants of PR1MA houses, including handling enquiries, complaints, etc.

- To channel customer feedback to the relevant personnel.

- To monitor and maintain the complaint management system.

The Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing or other relevant fields.
|
 |
- Minimum 3 years working experience in customer relationship management
|
 |
- Good conflict resolution skills.
|
 |
- Good computer skills-able to maintain complaint management system.
|
 |
- Good report writing skills and project management skills.
|
 |
- Sound planning and time management skills.
|
 |
- Sound organizational, execution, problem solving and analytical skills.
|
 |
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
|
 |
- Work well independently and effectively in a team.
|
 |
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
|
 |
- Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
|
 |
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
