  • To manage relations with applicants of PR1MA houses, including handling enquiries, complaints, etc.
  • To channel customer feedback to the relevant personnel.
  • To monitor and maintain the complaint management system.

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in customer relationship management
  • Good conflict resolution skills.
  • Good computer skills-able to maintain complaint management system.
  • Good report writing skills and project management skills.
  • Sound planning and time management skills.
  • Sound organizational, execution, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Work well independently and effectively in a team.
  • Highly motivated and result oriented.
  • Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
