- To develop and maintain PR1MA’s ISO 9001 QMS.

- To plan and execute qualification of vendors, contractors and materials.
|
|
- To review, approve and monitor compliance of contractor’s PQP, ITP and HSSE Plan.
|
|
- To plan and execute all construction process assessment system, relating to HSSE.
|
|
- To review findings, monitor corrective action, recommend solutions and close out.
|
The Requirements
|
|
- Bachelor's degree or post graduate diploma in Civil Engineering.
|
|
- Minimum 10 years working experience in QA/QC/HSSE in construction industry either for an engineering consultancy, building contractor or a large scale property developer.
|
|
- A certified QMS ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
|
|
- Familiar with QLASSIC/CONQUAS/GBI assessment systems, HSE Management Systems (ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001), EQ and OSH Acts.
|
|
- Strong knowledge of local and international construction and building standards.
|
|
- Experience in interacting with regulatory authorities/agencies/representatives.
|
|
- Good report writing and project management skills.
|
|
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and is very result-oriented.
|
|
