- To provide administrative support services in Document Control to project teams.

- To assist in establishment of Document Control Procedure.
|
 |
- To create, monitor, maintain and update registry of all documentation related to projects.
|
 |
- To effectively control and keep track of all incoming and outgoing drawings, documents, data, and correspondences by using relevant registers and forms.
|
 |
- To maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
|
 |
- To implement the document control system software established for projects.
|
 |
- To provide assistance and support in ensuring the awareness of the document control system to all parties involved.
|
 |
- To liaise with the relevant departments and/or external parties on documentation issues (e.g. discrepancy on the documents).
|
 |
- To prepare project weekly reports on all incoming and outgoing documents.
|
The Requirements
|
 |
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma/professional certificate in Engineering/Business Administration or any relevant field.
|
 |
- Minimum 3 years working experience in document control preferably in property/construction industries.
|
 |
- Expertise in document control procedures and the software programs in place to manage the procedure.
|
 |
- Sound planning and time management skills.
|
 |
- Sound organizational, execution and problem solving skills.
|
 |
- Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
|
 |
- Work well independently and effectively in a team.
|
 |
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
|
 |
- Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
|
 |
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
|
 |
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
|
|
