  • To provide administrative support services in Document Control to project teams.
  • To assist in establishment of Document Control Procedure.
  • To create, monitor, maintain and update registry of all documentation related to projects.
  • To effectively control and keep track of all incoming and outgoing drawings, documents, data, and correspondences by using relevant registers and forms.
  • To maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • To implement the document control system software established for projects.
  • To provide assistance and support in ensuring the awareness of the document control system to all parties involved.
  • To liaise with the relevant departments and/or external parties on documentation issues (e.g. discrepancy on the documents).
  • To prepare project weekly reports on all incoming and outgoing documents.

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma/professional certificate in Engineering/Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in document control preferably in property/construction industries.
  • Expertise in document control procedures and the software programs in place to manage the procedure.
  • Sound planning and time management skills.
  • Sound organizational, execution and problem solving skills.
  • Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Work well independently and effectively in a team.
  • Highly motivated and result oriented.
  • Have a positive attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
