  • To oversee and manage planning of individual PR1MA housing projects and communities.
  • To manage the development of overall master plan and individual project business plans for PR1MA development.
  • To oversee analyses of demand and supply to optimize PR1MA developments.
  • To lead periodic demand sizing to determine locations of PR1MA developments.
  • To oversee the market feasibility study on PR1MA developments.
  • To develop and maintain key relationships with government and non-government stakeholders regarding design, planning and construction.
  • To ensure proper planning, regulatory compliance, environmental conservation and social sustainability of individual projects.
  • To engage with relevant authorities to secure planning permission and other approvals.
  • To identify and engage private sector partners as required (e.g., property developers, quantity surveyors, architects).
  • To liaise with relevant Government stakeholders on strategies, regulations, policies and laws that apply to PR1MA development.
  • To recommend reviews of, and problem-solve current policies, laws and regulations to ensure objectives of PR1MA development are met.

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in property development / project management / engineering / architecture / accountancy / quantity surveying or an equivalent discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in master planning for big conglomerates in property development.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysian property development industry and trends
  • Well-developed network of contacts in the property development industry and within the Government
  • Knowledge and understanding of market analysis and research
  • In-depth knowledge of the local environment, land and development legislations.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and is very result-oriented.
  • Exceptional project management and construction skills.
  • Meticulous, good analytical skills and effective multi-tasking abilities.
  • Outstanding organisation and problem solving skills.
