Dato’ Abdul Mutalib Alias has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the 1Malaysia Housing Programme, Perumahan Rakyat 1 Malaysia (PR1MA) effective July 15, 2011.

Prior to this, Dato’ Mutalib, 51, was the special officer to Works Minister Datuk Shaziman Abu Mansor. He was also special officer to Datuk Shaziman when the latter was Minister of Energy, Water and Communications. Prior to that, he served as political secretary to both the former Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Dato’ Sri Dr Jamaluddin Jarjis and also former Finance Minister Tun Daim Zainuddin.

Before joining the government, Dato’ Mutalib had 15 years working experience in investment banking sector where he held various positions including Vice-President for Investment Banking at The Chase Manhattan Bank from 1985 to 2000.

PR1MA, which was launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on July 4, 2011 is a scheme designed by the government to provide lifestyle housing for the middle income families in the key city centres throughout Malaysia.
Dato’ Mutalib holds an MBA from Governors State University, Illinois and BSc Accounting from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois.

Ar. Aminuddin Abdul Manaf has a 24-year career background as an Architect and Interior Design consultant providing consultancy services to both the private and government sectors.

Ar. Aminuddin started his career in the United States at Carl Safe Design Consultant and returned to the country in 1989 to work for Alizar Architect. He was commissioned as a professional architect by the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) in 1992.

Ar. Aminuddin holds a Master in Architecture from Washington University, St. Louis, USA and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Iowa State University, USA. He is also a member of theMalaysian Institute of Interior Designers and the Malaysian Institute of Architects.

Hasleen Isnin has 20 years of working experience in the banking and commercial sector.

Hasleen was attached to various large financial institutions and companies such as Citibank Berhad, Malaysia International Merchant, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) and the News Straits Times Press (NSTP). Hasleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of

Art in Economics from Washington University (St. Louis) Missouri, USA.
